World’s FIRST Parasite Museum in Tokyo! [Japan Headlines]

When this museum was built over 60 years ago When this museum was built over 60 years ago everyone in Japan had parasites But now, there aren’t many people with them There aren’t many people who have actually seen a parasite that infects humans There aren’t many people who have actually seen a parasite that infects humans Here we have various animal and human parasites but people probably view them as rare or interesting creatures That’s why they come to see them The way parasites go inside a creature and live their lives there It’s really interesting It’s like they take over. In developing countries, like those in Africa parasites are still a serious problem For example malaria or schistosomiasis which we’re doing an exhibit on right now We want these things to be a reference for people For example for Americans or Europeans in order to better understand the exhibits and for them to get the most out of it we’ve created a bilingual guide I think it’s great if it’s helpful

Hey guys! We're trying out YouTube's closed captioning to see what it's like, so make sure to hit that CC button if you want English subs during the Japanese interviews!
Do you like being able to turn off English subtitles, or do you think they're better when they're part of the video? Don't care either way? That's fine too!
