GOOD AFTERNOON. I’M — WITH YOUR WAVY TV 10 HEADLINES. THE MOTHER OF 2-YEAR-OLD NOAH TOMLIN NOW FACES A MURDER CHARGE FOR HER INVOLVEMENT IN HIS DEATH. AUTHORITIES FOUND NOAH’S BODY IN A STEAM PLANT MORE THAN A WEEK AFTER HIS MOTHER, JULIA TOMLIN, REPORTED HIM MISSING. TOMLIN ALREADY FACED FELONY CHILD NEGLECT CHARGES IN NOAH’S DISAPPEARANCE. PROSECUTORS SAY NOAH’S INJURIES WERE HORRIFIC. NORFOLK POLICE SAY 4 PEOPLE WERE HURT IN A STABBING AT COGANS PIZZA IN THE GHENT SECTION OF THE CITY. POLICE SAY TWO MEN GOT INTO A FIGHT. DURING THE FIGHT, THE SUSPECT STABBED A 34-YEAR-OLD MAN. PARAMEIDCS TOOK HIM TO THE HOSPITAL WITH SERIOUS INJURIES. OFFICERS FOUND THREE OTHER MEN WITH STAB WOUNDS. ACCORDING TO POLICE, THEY WERE TRYING TO BREAK UP THE FIGHT. POLICE SAY SAY 81-YEAR-OLD CECILIO PULGAR DIED IN A CRASH ON INTERSTATE 264 NEAR INDEPENDENCE BOULEVARD. ACCORDING TO TROOPERS, AN F-150 RECOGNIZED A DISABLED VEHICLE IN THE SHOULDER LANE. THEY SAY THE DRIVER STOPPED AND BACKED UP IN A CLOSED TRAFFIC LANE. POLICE SAY PULGAR WAS ALSO DRIVING IN THE CLOSED LANE — HIT THE F-150, AND VEERED OFF INTO ANOTHER LANE WHERE A DUMP TRUCK HIT HIM. PULGAR DIED AT THE SCENE.
