RICHARD. THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE ANNOUNCED THE DEATH
OF CAPTAIN WILLIAM DUBOIS WHO DIED WHEN HIS F-16 CRASHED NEAR A COALITION AIR BASE IN
THE MIDDLE EAST IN SUPPORT OF OPERATION INHERENT RESOLVE. HE WAS ASSIGNED TO THE 77TH FIGHTER
SQUADRON AT SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, SOUTH CAROLINA. THE APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR ELIGIBLE ACTIVE-DUTY
LINE OFFICERS INTERESTED IN ATTACHÉ DUTY IS COMING UP SOON… DECEMBER 29TH! THOSE
SELECTED FOR AN INTERVIEW WILL BE NOTIFIED BY JANUARY 30TH. THE COMMANDER IN CHIEF’S TROPHY CAN BE SEEN
IN THE LOBBY OF THE 10TH AIR BASE WING HEADQUARTERS BUILDING. THE AIR FORCE ACADEMY WON THE COVETED
TROPHY WHEN THEIR TEAM BEAT THE ARMY 23-6 AT A GAME A FEW WEEKS BACK. PRESIDENT BARACK
OBAMA IS SCHEDULED TO PRESENT THE TROPHY TO THE TEAM AT THE WHITE HOUSE EARLY NEXT YEAR. THAT DOES IT FOR THE HEADLINES, I’M STAFF
