Despite his performance in this excelent TV series, Jeff Daniels will be most likely remembered for Dumb and Dumber.
Both dumbers always make sense.
Women are so great at being moral when its someone else but not with themselves
Sucth a great show
Daniels act like the gods when he stays thinking about his dad and stays very quiet. !!
Knowing what we know about Will's dad from season 3, I get why he has a hard time calling him. He was a complete asshole and an abuser.
Why hasn't he got an oscar yet?
The emotion in his eyes is quite something.
Those closeups they do of his pained tearful eyes are so haunting.
My goodness the acting on this show was beyond brilliant! I sincerely hope Sorkin gets over whatever issues he has doing television and comes back. He's good at it.
You left him a message? Yes. You didn't did you? No.
Again and again Sorkin uses that question-yes-same question-no device. It's predictable and boring. Repeat it often enough and it's really no longer even writing.
Jed Bartlet and Will McAvoy both had abusive fathers. Both smoke as their humanizing vice. I'm for recycling paper and plastic, but there's not as good a case for recycling characters.
Jeff Daniels is such a good actor!
Well I guess it just us now? WHAT???????
The way Mack's voice cracks when she says "Will…" is the most heartbreaking part for me. Damn, this is great acting
I cried, I cry every time I watch this.
Josh's dad also died of a ventricular complication during another medical procedure
I know Will must love Mac A LOT because if my dad died, I'd deal with it but I wouldn't want to talk about it with anyone.
I want to know WTF Aaron Sorkin has for issues w/ the Illinois Primary?? First it was Josh Lyman's(TWW) Dad, and now Will's Dad. I saw that coming the moment that graphic went up behind Will. Love the show but, come on,. BTW, I also think theres something on the shelf behind Sloan's desk, that used to belong to Leo(McGarry). Cheers
