In the Digital Terrestrial Television implementation process in Ecuador, the International ISDB-T standard is used. In the UHF band there are two frequency groups, where each DTT channel has 6 MHz bandwidth. Further, the central carrier frequency is positively shifted 142.857 kHz (1/7 MHz). Due to RTL-SDR limited 3 MHz bandwidth, channel spectrum cannot be seen in a single window. In the City of Quito, ARCOTEL authorized the DTT service operation to Cadena Ecuatoriana de Televisón (Channel 10 or TC Televisión) assigning channel 47. Increase the RF Gain to 30. The channel 47 is tuned whose initial frequency is 668 MHz, clicking on Autoscale to improve the Waterfall plot. Further, on 667.75 MHz frequency the channel 46 audio carrier of the open analog television channel 46 concession to RTU is observed. Initial frequency on 668.36 MHz, the central carrier frequency on 671.142847 MHz and the final frequency on 674 MHz are also observed. Varying the UHF frequency band, the carrier frequency of several DTT channels can be tuned, checking the assignment of the same to different dealers.
