World News the headlines. French president Francois Hollande has
described Syria as the biggest factory of terrorism the world has ever seen. He’s asked Parliament to vote on a
three-month extension to the state of emergency imposed after Friday’s attacks
in Paris. Belgian authorities have charged two people with acts of
terrorism. Five others have been released after detention. The brother of one of
those released, Salah Abdeslam, remains the focus of an international manhunt. There
are also reports that this man Abdul Hameed abode from Belgium may have
ordered the attacks on the French capital from Syria. He lived in the same
area of Brussels as two of the attackers. The Eiffel Tower in Paris is lit up
again after Friday’s attack. The landmark is being bathed in red, white, and blue
light, mimicking the French national flag as a tribute to the victims.
