  • Mueller said he didn't exonerate Trump. He also didn't charge him or find him guilty. He didn't decide on either. Check the tape.

  • This guy is really a sack of sh*t, just what you would expect. Melber is certainly a poor interviewer. If the DOJ said exonerated, that's Barr.

  • well after watching the dems, hero for two years, fumble stumble and just not hac a,fucking clue …yet he was crystal clear there was,no collusion no conspiracy …and now even jake tapperand many other demecrats saying what a disaster the mueller investigation was for the demecrats …ari melber would not be held accountable and stuck a,gun in his own mouth and pulled the trigger …are you demecrats getting used to losing yet ..

  • Yoong How Teh says:

  • Trump and his whacky lawyers have all lost their minds. Lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie lie coverup and lie…

  • Department of Justice is, under Barr's leadership, becoming irrelevant in the minds of the American People with a lying Barr at hits head – lying about the conclusions of the Mueller Report and then dedicating himself to being the President's personal Lawyer. So the DOJ will likely have less and less to about the future direction of how to bring Trump to justice as time passes..

  • Sekulow .. If you ever hear a lawyer talking against his client … then maybe I will try to at least listen what you have to say.

  • How can you conclude that there was collusion when in the report it says no american colluded? If theres no crime how can one obstruct….when Mueller was asked did anyone interfere or hinder you're investigation….He said NO….

  • This lauwer is the worst for his cliënt…After his precidency the political protection is history…They will prosecute after he left office And he will not be the only one….look what his Old time buddy Jeffrey Epstein tried to do taking is own live the coward

  • The more the press lies and shows Bernie Sanders no love and spread LIES about him, the more I want to vote for him and get this revolution started!!!! He is the only genuine canidate, beside (Warren)who are not corporate and don't take money from Corp. He is for all Americans getting a slice of the pie, not just the top few….

  • This senator Mitchell M. is a disgrace for the American people he is with the Russians to interfere just bc of politics destroy the democracy in this country by the people choice

  • Republicans have been saying that Trump should not be "below the law", implying that he should not be held to a higher standard. The DOJs rule that a sitting president can't be indicted puts him above the law.

  • Laurie Bolles says:

Sorry Ari I'm not going to waste precious time listening to this garbage, actually I really shouldn't have left a reply.

  • Sumumba Sobukwe says:

Mr. Sekulow can you please explain to us why, your client, Donald Trump who claims to have an incredible memory had to answer over 30 question with, "I don't remember" or "I don't recall". What happened to "incredible memory"?

  • Clarity of Mind says:

Anybody speaking to support Trump in any way is corrupt, dishonest and evil. We need to get evidence on every one of them so they can all join each other in the food line at prison… Drumph JAILtime 2020!!! And, make sure Drumph and company have no lubricant when felons line up to plug their gaping holes…

  • Clarity of Mind says:

Let’s have the house of representatives interview Donald Drumph for a full day and answers must be provided… NO executive excuses or the fifth amendment which Donald Drumph said “proves that the person claiming the fifth is a criminal.”

  • Jay Sekulow is a criminal himself for furthering obstruction; and Jay knows he sinks or swims on the water wings of Trump!

  • George Roberts says:

This was not a declination as it is a special circumstance in which it is required that it be refered on to congress for any conclusions about charges.

  • George Roberts says:

Bar is trump's man and doesn't get to quell the investigation that is the responsibility of congress to conclude if it sees fit. Re-election will not stop prosecution for same as the statute of limitations is on hold along with prosecution.

  • Anthony Thomas sr says:

  • "This was still a good day for the president".
Well, yeah…he's still wearing stylish clothing instead of prisoner orange that's all lol

  • Hello people hello world this is the Mississippi Boy I hope this lawyer Donald Trump gets time serves as well

  • Donald Trump's lawyer needed a Mic to drop on this reporter. Don't think he knew he was going to get owned on his own show😂😂

  • I'm baffled that it is taken as a revelation that a President can be indicted after leaving office for an alleged crime committed while in office. If the President cannot be indicted while in office, and the President cannot be indicted after leaving office, how is there to be any justice at all if there are credible allegations of the President committing a crime while in office?

Please note that this is a philosophical and legal question, not a political one. It does not matter who the President is: the President is not above the law, and the Founding Fathers were very clear on that. There must be some way to hold a President accountable for allegations of law-breaking, just as there is for every other person in the US.

  • Richard Green says:

Suksolow is obviously a creature that has been down in the gutter and he seems to be up for hyperbole to get his clients off!

  • Epstein got away too. And now he is back in the stew. Everyone knows Barr is only doing stuff to protect Trump. But I believe that Trump will be impeached before long anyway

  • Cpl Soletrain says:

Sekulowe is a weird name, which is good.

Makes it easier to make sure you don't accidentally hire any family members of this guy.

  • Over 1200 other AG’s agreed he’s guilty of obstruction!! ONLY the GOP disagree!! It’s in THEIR BEST INTEREST to stay involved with RUSSIAN MONEY!! TRAITORS in plain sight!! https://thoughtcatalog.com/shahida-arabi/2016/06/20-diversion-tactics-highly-manipulative-narcissists-sociopaths-and-psychopaths-use-to-silence-you/

  • WilliamOccamensis says:

The presumption of innocence doesn't arise until the trial, which would be in the Senate. Mueller made it clear that the only reason he didn't indict was that it was unconstitutional – his word. In other words, the president is accountable to Congress, not to the courts. There is certainly enough in the Mueller report to draw up articles of impeachment. Accepting assistance from agents of a foreign government is a crime, as Mueller said. Besides that, there are a lot more impeachable offences – campaign finance violations and emoluments clause violations, to name two. All of Trump's stonewalling, from his tax returns to instructing people not to obey subpoenas, leaves only one question unanswered: what is he hiding? Honest people don't behave like that.

  • um the attorney general said, with his own mouth, that he did NOT review all of the evidence. I can't believe that Ari didn't correct JS when he said he did!

  • The democrats are still grasping for straws in the wind. The real problem is that there aren't even any straws to grasp.

  • Víctor Villalobos says:

DT said many times that the report basically says, "No collusion, No obstruction and Total Exoneration'", and that the fake news media and everybody else misunderstood what RM really meant. But then, RM himself said, under oath, and in a public hearing, that that is "Not what the report says"…Boooooom!!!!

  • Víctor Villalobos says:

It was a long and perhaps an unsurprising hearing, yes… But life is not a reality show. This is not Perry Mason, or The Apprentice. This is Reality… and sometimes reality and truth are not funny, or amusing, or entertaining… And RM did it just fine. At the end of the day, he said everything we already know, but it was so important to hear it from RM himself, in an calmed, severe, inexorable and austere fashion… Members of The House, it's your move now.

  • divert and deflect from the truth…..after seeing the Mueller meeting I admit I was wrong about Trump….I have been watching .Fox and now see how they keep changing or altering the truth…..no longer watching Fox…saw them actually change what he said…why.

  • 🎶 I'm so dizzy…..my head is spinning 🎶 like a whirlwind out of control 🎶
Everybody who has ever watched Law And Order , knows obstruction was committed. How stupid do they think Americans are?

  • dirty69impala says:

Exoneration may not be a legal term. But, neither is collusion. In this case, if there were exculpatory evidence that would have exonerated tRump, it would have been so stated.

  • usssanjacinto1 says:

If Mueller cares about truth-telling, then why didn't he charge Joseph Mifsud with lying 3 times to the FBI?? That is the question these journalists need to be finding out about!!

  • Mueller had carte blanche as to the scope of his investigation for over two years. He had a top-tier team of political assassins at his disposal. He came up with nothing upon which he could move forward. In Trump's mind, that was a total exoneration, and I can't really fault him for thinking that.

  • Wow….has anyone read about this attorney? The corrupt defending the corrupt…this guy is destroying the Republican party…in my opinion….he is destroying our country. What is bananas is that Trump no matter what he does is adding to our country's debt…my God…he plans on bankruptcy the US of America

  • Benjamin Miiller says:

Impeachment seems to be the only way we are going to get to the truth. If he's not guilty, then he's innocent, but covering up all the facts is a crime.
