 That is the advice of BBC Sport pundit Graeme Souness. Pogba’s time at Manchester United to date has been marked by inconsistent displays and he has struggled to justify the £89million price-tag the club paid to bring him back to Old Trafford in the summer of 2016  While the pressure of being the world’s most expensive player at the time seemed to weigh like a millstone around the neck, Pogba has been given more licence to attack under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who replaced Jose Mourinho as Red Devils caretaker manager until the end of the season  Despite the crippling doubts about Pogba, the French midfielder turned in an excellent display in the 3-1 win over Huddersfield in the Premier League on Boxing Day, helping himself to a double  **PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 – FREE TO PLAY HERE** Souness has been an outspoken critic of Pogba and prior to the festive period, suggested that the player needed to ‘have a good hard look at himself’  Crooks agrees with Souness’ assessment and reckons Pogba will come good if he listens to the Sky Sports pundit  “Two well-taken goals against Huddersfield have laid down a marker,” Crooks wrote in his BBC column when assessing Pogba’s display against Huddersfield  “His dreadful hairstyles have also slowly disappeared as well. “I really hope these are the signs of a much more mature player  “With Jose Mourinho gone, Pogba is also starting to play with a freedom that was absent earlier in the season  “Graeme Souness has given the best analysis of Pogba I have ever heard. “Should Pogba happen to listen to the Liverpool and Scottish legend, he too could become a really great player ”  Since Solskjaer took over, Pogba has been directly involved in four goals in two league games – two goals and two assists  In the last 12 games under Mourinho in comparison, he managed just one goal and three assists  United take on Bournemouth next on Sunday (4.30pm).
