what's name your screenrecorder aplication?
Update from my last post. Yesterday I loaded MInt 19 XFCE on a 2009 iMac. What was nice was the Mint 19 had the driver for the Mac's wireless. It is one of the older legacy Broadcom drivers that earlier versions did not support. In the past I would have to go to Broadcom and download the driver and then do an install.
Also under "Appearance" I used the Mint-Y-Aqua for icons. I liked the icons. The edges at the corners were rounded and not a sharp 90 degrees. Gives more of a Macintosh look.
Been happy with MInt 19 XFCE. What surprised me it had the Brother Laser Printer Driver. No longer have to go to Brother to download and install the driver. I am getting to like the new look.
how much does it use ram on boot?
Is this mint 19 have login loop issue like ubuntu ??
I like LM but Cinnamon lags on many features that are standard in all other DEs. Its a great pity. But i can use the MATE Edition as well. 😉
?is screenrecorders are fixed in amd gpu
Excellent ! Does anyone knows if it has a dark windows manager theme and if it is fully functional working ?
I really like your language man… so calm cool and different!
What the app name to record the screen on this video?
That's great, I guess I'll install Linux again, I had a lot of problems in the past with the Linux functionality, maybe that update saves my life, I hope at least.
TimeShift was created by Tony George of TeeJeeTech not Mint
It is not very different from mint 18.3
wish mint will have rolling release version
is most Ubuntu 18.04 feature like color emoji etc available in Linux Mint 19?Will I regret switching to Linux Mint from Ubuntu?
Great review, thanks! I've not seen anybody else mention the saved search feature.
All the things you said which are fast, like the search and stuff, is because it's a live boot.
There's zero to none cache right now and neither any installed application which will take time to search.
It's all because it's a live boot 😂😂
I cant wait for the official release. I am going to download and tinker around with the livecd yeeewww.
Thank you for the excellent reviews (as always) Abhishek. Also, a big Mazel Tov (congratulations) on six years of FOSS. The linux learning curve has been so much easier thanks to FOSS. Thank you.
what's up with the cursor lag? that would give me a headache.
