That is coming up later on in the programme.
Well it’s eight twenty-two now, you’re listening to Politics Today.
I’m James Donaldson, and a little later than advertised,
Robin Pritchard MP joins us in the studio now. Good morning James, yes thank you for having me. Mr Pritchard is the MP for Quimby North, and the Minister for Social Industries
here to talk about Brexit, and the Omnishambles of his Prime Minister’s White Paper.
Minister, welcome. Well yes, it’s a pleasure to be on the programme
again. Minister, isn’t it fair to say that the Government
simply doesn’t have a clue how to proceed with this White Paper,
which gives nobody, Leave or Remain, the outcome they desired? Well I do think, that the Prime Minister is providing the strong and stable leadership that is required throughout this incredibly complicated situation. That may be so, Minister, but maybe the voters will start looking elsewhere for that strong
and stable leadership. Are you at all concerned about that? This country doesn’t need a General Election, and the Party certainly does not need a leadership
contest. So, no I think in this matter, the Prime Minister
absolutely has my full support. So to clarify, Minister, you don’t foresee
any changes in the immediate future? Well let me be clear, no absolutely categorically
no changes at all on the horizon. Minister, thank you very much for joining
us. Thank you, James. Eight twenty-four now, and now on to the restaurant in Hull that says its found the face of Jesus, in a Naan bread…
