Fix Windows Media Player cannot access the file-The file might be in use

hello friends and welcome to “Trouble to shoot” .Today I try to access the one mp3 file using Windows Media Player. unfortunately it shows the error message It shows Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The file might be in use, you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored or your proxy settings might not be correct. So how to fix this error.First of all close this window, now close your windows Media Player. Now you can go to your source file then right-click on it and then go to “properties” here you can choose”security” tab and then you can go to “advanced” here you can choose “change” and then click to open it. here you can enter your are username, so here i entering my user name and click to “check names” Here you can see it shows my pc name and then followed by desktop. Then click to “ok” here you can click to “apply” and then click to “ok” . Finally click to “ok”. Now again right-click on it and then go to “properties” and then choose “security” tab this time you can choose “edit” option. here you can choose “administrator” now you can untick “deny” option then click to “apply” and then click to “ok” now here you can choose “administrator” then click to “ok”. Finally I try to access the same mp3 file using this windows media player. Finally here you can see now the file is successfully playing. This is the way you can fix your errors.
