LAST YEAR WE SAW A THOUSAND TREES WERE CUT DOWN AND HOSES PUMPING MUD ONTO ANOTHER WATERWAY. TODAY YOU SEE DEVELOPERS BUILDING HOMES. STILL THE WATER IS FILLING ONTO THE STREETS IN RAINS. IT GOES STRAIGHT IN TO THE STORM TRAIN. Reporter: A RESIDENT TOOK THIS VIDEO AND SHORTLY AFTER UPPER SADDLE RIVER AGAIN ISSUED A STOP WORK ORDER THAT’S NOW BEEN IN PLACE FOR THREE WEEKS. KEVIN BOSWELL IS CONTRACTED BY BOTH AREAS TO HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE. HE SAID THAT THE WATER IS SAFE BUT UNSIGHTLY. IT’S NOT ACCENTABLE. BOSWELL SAID ARSENIC NATURALLY OCCURS IN STATE WELLS BUT RESIDENTS BLAME THE PROJECTS. WE ARE SEEING PEOPLE TESTING WOMENS FOR WELLS AND SEEING HIGHER LEVELS APPEAR.
