  • I hope every American watches the hearing tomorrow for themselves, to see it for themselves firsthand, BEFORE letting the news make the decision for you as to what is being said, what are the facts, etc. etc.  Take the bias of the news out of the equation, Fellow Americans, so that you can determine for yourself if you would impeach President Trump or not.  Don't be LEAD by the corrupt, biased news.  Decide for yourself without the opinion of the NEWS Channels.

  • Trump believes that our laws don’t apply to him as in his small mind and super large ego he thinks he’s special and the rest of us are not! 😊 Trump violated his oath as POTUS by making the call as it’s a violation of the Emoluments Clauses of the U.S.Constitution! My hope is that he gets the big boot of Congress up his a$$ and out of the White House! 😆

  • Evolution of the rethuglican party: Treason is…
    * despicable
    * dishonorable
    * unAmerican
    * punishable by death
    * confusing
    * might sometimes be ok
    * probably not even a crime
    * ok if we do it
    * necessary during elections
    * justified if it’s trump

  • Mark Scott Staggs says:

    MSNBC is going to be tremendously broken hearted when all the false accusations and phoney made evidence finally sees the light of day.

  • Ukraine was one of the first state joined Soviet Union. They are tied to the Stalin’s centralizing economy policy of state owned farming. On the contract the other way was right. Ukraine is tilting to west now. Don’t lose it.

  • Scrivener Writer says:

    Former Watergate prosecutor Nick Akerman and Heather McGhee are just a great pair of intellects. Oh, my goodness, Arri actually listened to most of what was said. Still, he couldn't help himself – ask a three minute question and interrupt a one minute answer. Hey Arri, just do a monologue, then I have every reason to cancel this link. I only listen to hear the little snippets from the guests.

    There is too much assumption that Trump will be impeached. If noone has noticed, let me point out that there is not a republican who has a conscience. The Senate will not impeach.

  • None of this matters. The Republican party has sold out whatever values still represented America. They will acquit. Welcome to the U.S.S.A, where a corrupt group of liars and sycophants abuse women and children, poison the environment, and steal from the people.

  • Trump. Born into wealth and given/purchased everything he has. His entire life is a long bribe. How poetic that this bribe goes down for bribery.

  • Is it still bribery if secretly Trump had no intention of honouring any quid pro quo deal with Ukraine, as per Russian (kompromat motivated) marching orders? Haha. Hahahah. Bwahhahahaha!! Madness!

  • It seems Mulvaney should be either on the dividing line of your bribery/no bribery chart or half of him should be pictured on both sides. If for no other reason this would anger trump.

  • I can't wait till they start hanging the mainstream media knowingly and purposely lying to the American people putting the people and the country endanger is treason a hanging offense

  • Reason the constitution have these clauses, is the fact that the founding fathers worried about the Brits would use other means to influence the new born nation of America.

  • I typed some of what Judge Napoliano said today on you tube…This is COMING FROM Fox news

    IN NEARLY THREE YEARS drumpf has spent federal dollars not authorized by congress..separated families and incarcerated children at the Texas Mexico border in defiance of a federal court order..Pulled one thousand American troops out of Syria ignoring a commitment to allies and facilitated war against civilians there..And he sent 2000 troops to Saudi Arabia without a congressional authorization or declaration of war..He has also criminally obstructed a department of justice and investigation of himself but escaped prosecution because of the intercession of the Attorney General more loyal to him than the constitution. At the outset of his presidency drumpf took a presidential oath of office promising that he would faithfully execute his obligation to preserve, protect and defend the constitution.

    drumpf has become known for forceful an tasteless banter, he publically calls people crude names, uses foul language and sends dog whistles of lawless behavior to many of his supporters..All of that is a question of free speech, personal taste and political risk. But threats to ignore the constitution are not matters of speech taste or risk. They reveal character traits that questions the presidents fitness for office.

    THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN A REPUBLICAN DECIDES TO PUT COUNTRY OVER PARTY AND NOT DISCARD SHRED EVERY BIT OF INTEGRITY AND BLIND DEFERENCE TO A CORRUPT PRESIDENT

  • Trump: "I would never abuse my office for personal gain. Now I want all of you to book a room in my hotels. The bed bug problem is mostly under control."

  • wordpressobsessed says:

    Why don't they just admit they are impeaching Trump because they hate him and can't accept results of the 2016 election? The whistleblower's own attorney tweeted 3 years ago that impeachment and the "coup" had begun the day after he took office in 2017. MSNBC should really be called MSDNC.

  • Isn't one of Trump's goal to help Donald Trump Jr., Eric, Ivanka, be president after he is out? "Ask not what your country can do for you, they seem to say; ask what your country can do for the Trumps. " The Atlantic. https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2019/10/trump-dynasty/596674/

  • so disappointed with Democrats getting fed a phony transcript and a member of the house intelligence committee being so determined to take down the president, that he actually believed what he was fed and read an absolutely laughable rendition to congress. That’s amazing………..

  • Wow, Congressman Schiff surely has an amazing choreography of this impeachment. Funny, how republicans are struggling (and they don't accept "struggling") to defend "quid pro quo" and last minute, Schiff makes a surprise case of BRIBERY to impeach trump. Let's now see more of the stupidity of the republicans defending it!!! And it's not just a movie, it's for real!!!!!!

  • Demacrats can impeach in house they have majority. But Senate majority is Republican. No impeachment. This is all slander and theater for the lame demacrats.

  • Not quid pro quo , not bribery, not extortion. Cheat . He tried to cheat in the 2020 election. He did this while being accused of cheating in the 2016 election. Not collusion ,not quid pro quo, cheating. Dumb this down for the average trump supporter or loose.

  • I hope for the sanity of your Country….the nightmare will be over soon for you and if there is any justice. ..him and his cronies will be in cuffs. Good luck.

  • Here's a theory………! Is Mulvaney trying to take down the Don from the inside, acting like Mr Magoo to hide his cunning in this dastardly WH plot…???

  • The "Law" is clear on this matter!

    Federal Election Campaign Law:-

    Soliciting or Receiving:-

    "It shall be unlawful" for an individual who is an officer or employee of the Federal Government, including the "President, vice President, and Members of Congress", to
    "solicit or receive a donation of money or other thing of value" in
    connection with a "Federal, State, or local election", while in any room
    or building occupied in the discharge of official duties by an officer or
    employee of the United States, "from any person".

  • Good luck Shiff. We will all be watching. I abandoned the U.S. Its nothing but a sh×t hole. Please bring the country back on it's feet

  • Shifty Chairman Shifty Wie die Gestapo sind Sie ein Ein-Mann-Wunder des magischen Landes, ein nutzloser Zauberstabdirektor ohne Kleidung. Shifty Vorsitzender Shifty, Sie sind der Antichrist
    TRUMP 2020 & Trump Clones Beyond

  • This is not about Republicans v Democrats it's about a corrupt, racist, money grabbingm fraudulent womanizer of a man who has brought the USA to be the laughing stock of the world and has disrespected the great Constitution.

  • A number of statutory standards clearly support the assertion of Donald's Criminal liability:
    Bribery is the use of anything of value, to influence a behavior.
    Mispreasance is the misuse of official power for private or personal gain.
    Larceny is the removal or keeping of any possession or assignation of value, from the rightful owner or recipient, so as to cause unlawful loss, discomfort, or harm, for any length of time (such that, for example, hiding someone's wallet in his own house, without removing it from the premises, is larceny).
    Extortion is the offer of harm, either by action or deprivation, to force a person to perform an unwilling action, or to refrain from a rightful action.
    Conspiracy is the collaborative planning or effort of several parties toward an unlawful common purpose, the crux being common intent, and common goal (such that, if only one takes a step, even without mutual concurrence, toward achieving the goal, all are guilty).
    Sedition is the attempted persuasion of another to engage in activities to undermine, subvert, or overthrow the legitimate function of government, including the process for selecting officials.
    Espionage is the obtaining of official information, by legitimate or illegitimate means, to forward to unauthorized or foreign parties, to the potential detriment of national prestige or safety.
    Abuse of power is the use of implied authority, in order to override the legitimate rights, authority, or responsibility of persons of lower rank, in order to achieve an unlawful end (such as forcing a military staff member to give up base housing money for an extraneous project).
    Breach of oath is the violation of a solemn promise upon which official function is predicated. Strictly speaking, abrogation of any part of the oath renders null and void, all matters related, including possession of the office itself; since the promissory party reneged, the other parties are released simultaneously.
    [No profit is permissible from a criminal act. If a person robs a bank, he cannot keep the money after he serves time. If a person falsifies an application, he owes all of his salary and benefits back to the employer (or if someone steals an office, the same applies). No such person may even make money selling a book or film rights related to the misdeed, for that is indirect profit. That is just one more way American justice works.]

  • Why is this taking so long? Oh yeah, the corrupt gop enabling and condoning tromp.
    Putin tells republicans what to do and say. Poorly educated don’t help either. Traitors

  • ok stop playing and let's get started. these devils got to go. we don't want to see none of these dam fool's in 2020 election's

  • i mean like dam, trump voters can Ya'll tell us one thing he has done that you can say you proud of. or are you still stuck in the 1950. the black and white era.

  • Foundups Michael Trout says:

    #Trump2020 impeachment is coming according to #FoxNews @JudgeNap 🙂 Perfect timing! https://youtu.be/kU-wG4017EY

  • Has anyone heard of honesty??
    Nobody is hiding anything … That's why this is so public … Media can twist things that can lead the public into false …

  • You don't get to SKATE on a bank robbery, just because you failed in the attempt and were CAUGHT. How about extortion? This was extortion as well as bribery.

  • It’s not true, it’s not true, it was a perfect conversation… Only it wasn’t. Trump is used to his own corrupt behaviour that he can no longer distinguish between perfection and self-incrimination.

  • If Congress put just half the amount of energy into making this country what it could and should be as they amount of money and time spent trying to impeach President Trump ; JUST IMAGINE WHAT ARE COUNTRY WOULD BE LIKE!!

  • He is a seasoned prosecutor & knows his stuff. Good luck chairman. The moron will be impeached. His gutless GOP or dumb base can vociferate as much as they like, it won’t work.

  • Lorena Ann Hepworth says:

    Bolton confirmed my suspicion, and wants the Syria/Turkey thing added to impeachment articles because it was done solely for personal financial gain! Trump Tower Istanbul (Turkey) is profitable, also he has other businesses there! Money for his pockets over human lives! Ruining our trustworthiness to the world

  • Heather McGhee encapsulated everything beautifully. Trump not only used 1) the office of the US presidency 2) the the office of the purse of congress but also 1) subverted the nations foreign policy in Ukraine and thereby 2) put at risk national security of the US for his own personal political gain.
    Those republicans who have said “OK what the president did was ‘inappropriate’ but did nothing ‘impeachable’ in my opinion” are already admitting that what Trump did was for personal gain and not national interest. Over the next few weeks the general public will become privy to the ‘behind the scenes’ activities of Trump. If Republicans begin to view these testimonies through the lens of their potential voters they may take a different perspective on what they consider inappropriate and impeachable.

  • Can we agree that R or Repu. abbreviates Republican and Repr. abbreviates Representative? .. anyway is Rep Adam Schiff a Republican or Representative? Answer: Democrat party congressman.
